Cancelation / Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
At THE ATLANTA FACE BAR we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 24 hours notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if 24-hour notification is not given, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service for the missed appointment.

SERVICES REFUND POLICY
All service sales are final. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, we will extend a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services. You may also transfer your amount paid to another individual.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards may be purchased online. They may be used towards any spa product or skincare service. Gift Card must be presented at time of purchase/usage. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or replaced. Gift Cards do not expire. All sales are final. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. This does not apply to bonus or promotional Gift Cards.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
While our goal at THE ATLANTA FACE BAR is to make sure our product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. I work with my clients to choose the best products based on their skincare needs. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment from THE ATLANTA FACE BAR, we welcome your slightly used product as a return if it did not work for you. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of credit. Cash back is not available. We do offer a 14 day LOVE IT guarantee on products purchased.. 

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail with tracking between 2-3 business days from shipping date within the United States. You will receive an email notification when your item(s) ship. International shipping is not available.

Good To Know

LATE/RESCHEDULES: 10 mins late: $15 fee before service. Service time will still be reduced; we have to finish on time regardless of the time you came. 15 mins late: you must reschedule, and a $25  fee will be charged. 

RESCHEDULES must be done 24 hours before your appointment; if not, You will lose the deposit or payment that was made. 

Please respect all THE ATLANTA FACE BAR guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please turn off all cellular phones while in the spa area and please keep voices to a whisper.  No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES PROVIDED.

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the appointments you book online and for the service choices. If you are in doubt of which service or which service provider you should choose, please contact our front desk for assistance. 

LOSS OR DAMAGE: We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

GROUPONS: Should be used within 6 months of purchase or as noted on the “ please use by” date. Groupons are for “new clients only”. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. Infinity Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
